Three decades after Pastor Fotia moved from the neighborhood, the Zverina Log House now stands—barely— in a severely deteriorated condition. There have been several initiatives by the Cleveland School Board and neighborhood community development corporations to restore the property, but, as this July 2024 photograph shows, none have to date successfully restored or renovated the Zverina Log House.
