Architect's Rendering of Ralph J. Perk Plaza

Perk Plaza, located at the intersection of Chester Avenue and East 12th Street, is a green space named after the city mayor. Redeveloped in 2012, the space honors Perk and his investment in renovations and enhancements to the city. The area is very popular, particularly in the summer with Walnut Wednesdays, an event in which food trucks line the streets surrounding the plaza in what is known as the city's NineTwelve District.
