Drug Sundries Building

Drug Sundries Building
From the early 1950s until the early 1980s, the Hilliard Building was home to Drug Sundries Co., a long-standing wholesale business in the Warehouse District. The company was owned and operated by the Saltzman family for that three decade period during which a large number of nearby buildings were demolished to create parking lots. This photograph of the south and east sides of the Hilliard building appeared in the October 11, 1977 edition of the Plain Dealer. | Date: 1977 | Source: Cleveland Public Library, Digital Newspaper Collection
