The 1881 G. M. Hopkins City Atlas of Cleveland, Ohio, notes (area in the middle of the map outlined in red) that "T. Axworthy " was in that year the owner of the house at 275 Franklin (today, 4206). This may be why the City of Cleveland, in its 1989 nomination of Franklin Boulevard to the National Register of Historic Places, identified the house as the Thomas Axworthy House.
