An aerial view of a portion of the last section of road which completed the Chester Avenue extension to University Circle. This section, because it was funded pursuant to Ohio's regional highway program, was known for a time as the Chester Freeway. The photograph, taken in 1949, shows the road from East 55th to East 66th Streets.
