When word leaked out in the spring of 1882 that William F. "Buffalo Bill" Cody was preparing to bring a lawsuit against wealthy residents of Cleveland's famed Euclid Avenue, it became newsworthy across the United States. The above article appeared in the Chicago Tribune on March 18, 1882.
