Out of the Frying Pan---Area B DP's Worse Off Now
The development for Area B forced the families in the neighborhood to relocate for the duration of the construction. Some families, such as the Whittsit family, found themselves in a worse situation because they only affordable housing they could find was in Area O, which was referred to as Cleveland’s worse slum.
