Built in 1866--just after America's Civil War came to an end-- by or for Silas Fuller, a carpenter from Chagrin Falls, the house is located at 4164 East 100th Street, in Cleveland's Union-Miles Park neighborhood. In this 2009 photo, the exterior of the house shows evidence of having undergone renovation and repair.
