This is a 1930 photograph of the son of Belden Seymour. The younger Belden inherited his father's real estate and insurance business following his father's death in 1889, and for years operated it out of the Cuyahoga Building on Public Square. He lived on Cleveland's east side and, in 1926, hired Pearl Hayne to manage his tenenment houses at 3801, 3805 and 3811 Franklin Boulevard.
