The Eells-Corning House, which was built in 1876 and demolished in 1959. The Eells, Corning, and McKinney families lived there in the span from 1876 to 1922. The mansion became the Spencerian Business College in 1922. In 1942, the Cleveland Bible College replaced it and functioned until 1957. ,Two years later it was demolished to construct the Sahara Motor Hotel.
