3301 Euclid Avenue was a separate lot between mansions on Millionaires' Row. It replaced a former used car lot that opened after the demolition of George W. Pack's home, whose address had been 3307. In 1960, the Colonial House Motel was built on the lot. It lasted into the 1970s.
