This photo appeared with an article in the Plain Dealer on April 18, 1947. The article described a plaque placed in the Cleveland Health Museum honoring Sallie Carolyn Mundy Bohannon, the late mother of James A. Bohannon,. A Cleveland industrialist and financier, Bohannon appears to have donated the funds to the Health Museum which enabled it to purchase the Treadway Mansion at 8917 Euclid Avenue.
