Netta Berman, who intermittently acted as President and Vice President of the Moreland Community Association (MCA) during the 1960s, was also an active member of the Moreland on the Move (MOM) and Moreland on the Move Community Association (MOMCA). Berman played a prominent role in advocating for the development of recreation spaces in the Moreland neighborhood and the creation of Chelton Park.
