The region of Warrensville Township that became East View Village was initially developed as farmlands, orchards and pastures. Settlers commonly made their living selling produce, meats, and milk to Clevelanders. Pictured above is the property of John Litzel, located on Lee Road just north of Van Aken Boulevard.
