Beer of Champions
In 1946, under the leadership of George Creadon, son of founder Stephen S. Creadon, the Standard Brewing Company began sponsoring the TV and radio broadcasts of Cleveland Indians baseball games. When the Tribe won the World Series in 1948, Erin Brew beer became one of the most popular beers in all of Cleveland.
