This undated photo of the Diemer Mansion shows how the property appeared when the Slovenian National Home purchased it in 1918. The exterior of the home remains largely unchanged aside from the shortening of the first floor windows on either side of the front entrance and the excavation of the basement for the Slovenian National Home's barroom.
