The 5-Day Work Week
According to this article which appeared in the Cleveland Plain Dealer on April 14, 1922, the 5-day work week started in Cleveland, at the Joseph & Feiss company in 1917. This was several years before Henry Ford introduced it at his factories in Detroit.
