The Clifton Club

The Clifton Club
The social center of this new community was The Clifton Club, which opened its doors at 17884 Lake Road on August 22, 1903. The club was built with gray bricks trimmed with cobblestone, and the second story was sided with dark red shingles. The interior was lavishly decorated and included a parlor, dining room, billiard room, ballroom, and third floor guest rooms. | Source: Cleveland State University Library Special Collections
