Speakers at the dedication of the Ukrainian Cultural Garden in 1940 included (seated in the front row, left to right) Ohio Supreme Court Chief Justice Carl Weygandt; Dr. Miroslav Siemens of Chicago; Archbishop John Theodorovich of Philadelphia; Prof. Clarence A. Manning of Columbia University; and Dmytro Halychyn of New York City, the Supreme Secretary of the Ukrainian National Association.
