This photo shows the building while under the redevelopment process. One change to the building is that it was painted light gray with dark gray trim to make the building look more residential, but the White Tool & Supply Co. sign was left on the side of the building. Also note how the White Tool & Supply Co. sign is at the same spot where the Hart & Co. sign stood on the side of the building.
