There weren’t windows on the south side of the building originally since a building used to butt against the Hart & Co. building. Hence, the developers decided to add windows so residents weren’t living in windowless units. The developers had to get permission to punch holes in the south wall for windows since the building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. | Date: July 23, 1991 | Source: Cleveland Public Library, Photograph CollectionDownload Original File
