The second home of St. Maron was originally built as St. Anthony, an Italian Catholic parish, in 1904. St. Maron held its first mass there in 1940 after St. Anthony merged with St. Bridget's on E. 22nd Street. In 1961, both St. Maron's first location on E. 21st Street and St. Bridget's were destroyed to built the Innerbelt Freeway. | Creator: Thomas Lewis | Date: ca. 1980 | Source: Cleveland Memory, Michael Schwartz Library Special Collections at Cleveland State UniversityDownload Original File
