St. Luke’s was a large hospital with over 380,000 square feet of space. It was located atop the so-called "Heights" to the west of Cleveland's border with Shaker Heights and just north of the center of Buckeye, a neighborhood of mostly Hungarian Americans with sizable Italian and Slovak populations as well.
