While the 1920s were the heyday of commercial construction on Carnegie Avenue, commercial buildings continued to be erected on Carnegie Avenue for the next three decades. In 1931, this beautiful eight-story art deco medical office building was erected at 10515 Carnegie Avenue. It later became the home of the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. In 2009, the building was razed by Cleveland Clinic. This photograph of the building, which also shows the popular Crosby's Restaurant on the ground floor, was taken in 1940. | Source: Cleveland Public Library, Photograph CollectionDownload Original File
