Warrensville Center Synagogue

Warrensville Center Synagogue
At the time of its merger with Shaker-Lee Synagogue in 1972, Warrensville Center Synagogue was one of the largest traditional Orthodox congregations in the Midwest. Cleveland newspapers reported the Synagogue to have more than 900 families due to the new partnership. By consolidating the resources of numerous Jewish Orthodox congregations under one roof, the Synagogue was able to provide its members amenities such as a youth education center and gymnasium. | Source: Cleveland History Center of the Western Reserve Historical Socie
