Prechtel House, 1905

Prechtel House, 1905
The Prechtel House was built by Adam Poe in 1877, and purchased by German immigrants Martin and Margaret Prechtel a few months after its completion. The small farmhouse was saved from demolition by the North Olmsted Historical Society in 1962, and became the nucleus from which the Frostville Village grew. | Source: Image courtesy of Olmsted Historical Society
