Towards the end of Leff Electric's occupation of the building on East 40th Street, and just a year before it was transformed into Ariel International, The St. Clair-Superior Development Corporation sponsored an event inside the, then largely vacant, building that featured local art, DJs, dancing and roller skating. Note the iconic water tower being emphasized with lightening bolts on the top of the building.
