Packing Houses Surround the Stockyards
This 1922 Cleveland Plat Book graphically shows how the packing houses (outlined in black) surrounded the Cleveland Union Stockyards--the yellow area in the middle of the plat map. The thick brown line above the Stockyards, transecting the map from the lower left to upper right, is the Big Four Railroad line.
