Daniel Greene entering the United States Attorney's Office in 1964 after being indicted on multiple counts of embezzlement and falsifying documents during his time as President of the International Longshoremen's Association of Cleveland. Greene's subsequent conviction was later overturned, and he eventually pled guilty to lesser charges, receiving no jail time.
