The first floor (left) shows how one would enter a vestibule flanked by a coat closet into a stair-hall. To the left was a large living room with a fireplace on the right and bay window on the front wall, as well as a window and door onto a rear porch. A door in the right corner passed into the dining room, and a door on the dining room's right front corner led back around into a kitchen with breakfast nook on the front wall. From there, one passed by a half-bath on the left side of a small hallway back to the stair-hall. The second floor (right) had a master bedroom on the left side, a second bedroom to the rear, and a third bedroom to the right, as well as a bathroom on the front wall.
