Adding Murals ID: 11070 | This file appears in: West Side Market In 1979, the year following the City's decision to cover the large arched windows on the east and west ends of the Market concourse with aluminum panels, murals were painted on those panels. This one on the west end of the concourse was created by Cleveland artist Nancy Martt. These murals remained in the Market until 2004 when they were removed and the original arched windows that brought natural light into the building were restored. This photo was taken in 1979. | Source: Cleveland State University, Michael Schwartz Library, Special Collections Download Original File SourceCleveland State University, Michael Schwartz Library, Special Collections "Adding Murals" appears in: West Side Market
