This portion of the 1896 Sanborn Map shows the lot (outlined in red) on the northwest corner of Franklin Avenue (Boulevard) and Kentucky (West 38th) Street. Depicted on the lot are the three houses which for many years stood there--the Sarah Bousfield House, the two and one-half story dwelling at the rear of the lot, and the "tiny" house between them. The only one still standing on the lot today is the Sarah Bousfield House.
