The Jade Room became one of a number of East Side venues for live music in the mid-1920s. Eventually the space was renamed the Coral Room and later the Conga Room. In the early days, a house band played on weekends and gradually more outside bands and orchestras entertained there nightly. WTAM broadcast many of these concerts for radio listeners, adding to Fenway Hall's aura as an integral part of the Euclid-East 105th area's entertainment scene. | Date: September 6, 1925 | Source: Plain Dealer
